四万十は日本最後の清流と呼ばれる四万十川が流れる豊かな地。豊富な川の幸の産地です。日本でも数少ない天然のウナギや鮎、テナガエビなどが獲れ、いずれもすばらしい味や食感が楽しめる。　　　　

地域に昔から伝わる食文化や生活を、新しい価値観で創造し、四万十地域で、いなかフェアトレードを目指し、拘りのモノヅクリをして県内外、国内外に発信販売する。

Shimanto is a rich land where the Shimanto River, which is called the last clear stream in Japan, flows. It is a production center of abundant river products. You can catch natural eels, sweetfish, and macrobrachium, which are rare in Japan, and you can enjoy their wonderful taste and texture.

We will create food culture and lifestyles that have been handed down from ancient times in the region with new values, aiming for fair trade in the Shimanto region, and make a commitment to sell it inside and outside the prefecture and inside and outside the prefecture.
